1. Package Inclusions:

2. Pricing:

- Single Vision: R990

- Bifocal: R1390

- Varifocal: R1990

3. Upgrades:

- Additional upgrades on lens designs, tints and coatings are available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.

- Frame Upgrades:

- +R400 Silver range

- +R800 Gold range

- Please Note: Luxury Brands are costed individually.

4. High Prescriptions:

- High prescriptions requiring special surfacing and higher index lens materials are costed individually outside of package deals.

5. Client's Own Frame:

- Clients may choose to use their own frame. However, this is done at their own risk.

- Special fitting charges may apply for using personal frames.

6. Payment Terms:

- This is a cash deal only, and invoiced as a package.

- A minimum deposit of 60% is required before the order is sent to the lab.

7. Delivery Timeframes:

- Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days from the date the deposit is received.

8. Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund of the deposit.

- Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% processing fee deducted from the deposit.

- No refunds will be issued once the order has been sent to the lab.

9. Vision Exam Fee:

- Clients who elect not to proceed with the order forfeit the promotional offer and will be required to pay R390 for the vision exam.

10. Promotional Offer:

- This promotional offer will run while stocks last.

- This is a limited offer and may not be combined with other promotional offers.

- Envision Optics Panorama reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Limited Repair or Replacement Warranty

Envision Optics Panorama Limited Repair or Replacement Warranty
Effective Date: 1 January 2025

Warranty Period:
This limited repair/ replacement warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Coverage:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, based on fair usage, for both spectacle lenses and frames. It includes:
- Defective hinges or screws
- Frame breakage due to material or manufacturing flaws
- Lens defects such as peeling or bubbling of coatings

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips, environmental exposure and fading
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidents
- Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss or theft of the frames or lenses

Warranty Claim Process:
1. **Inspection:** If you believe your spectacles have a manufacturing defect, please bring them to our practice for inspection. Our staff will assess the issue to determine if it is covered under this warranty.
2. **Proof of Purchase:** Present your original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. **Repair or Replacement:** If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, repair the frames or provide a replacement of the same or similar model frame or lenses at no additional cost to you.

Limitations and Exclusions:
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Envision Optics Panorama reserves the right to determine if the frames or lenses exhibit a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.
- Any replacement frames or lenses provided under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

1. **Eligibility**:

- This promotion is open to all pensioners and persons over the age of 65.

- Individuals must produce a valid ID document to confirm eligibility for the promotion.

2. **Promotion Details**:

- Pensioners are entitled to a free comprehensive eye exam.

5. **Limitation of Liability**:

- Envision Panorama is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the promotion.

- The company’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility: Offer is valid for new and existing patients scheduling an eye exam between 25/01/2025 and 25/02/2025
Offer Details: For each paid eye exam, the patient will receive one complimentary second eye exam for a friend or family member.
Appointments: Both eye exams must be scheduled within the promotional period 25/01/2025 until 25/02/2025. The complimentary exam must be used by a separate individual, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Limitations: This offer is valid for one complimentary eye exam per paid eye exam and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Cancellation/Rescheduling: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the offer may be voided at management’s discretion.

No Cash Value: The complimentary exam holds no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
